Our story
Recruteo was born in 2024 from a simple observation: finding a job in Madagascar still relied too heavily on word of mouth, and recruiters struggled to reach the right candidates outside Antananarivo.
A small team based in the capital set out to build a modern platform — free for candidates and open to every company, from the regional SME to the large group. Today, Recruteo covers the main sectors that are hiring across the country.
