Your application is sent by e-mail to the recruiter, who can reply to you directly. Applying is free and does not necessarily require creating an account.

No, not to browse listings and apply: it's open to everyone and free for candidates. A free candidate account is still useful for saving your CVs, tracking your favourites and using the CV builder. Recruiters, for their part, create an account to post their jobs and manage their applications.

A permanent contract (CDI) is a job with no end date, a mark of stability. A fixed-term contract (CDD) covers a specific period, often for a one-off or seasonal need. Be wary of any offer that asks you to pay to apply, take a paid 'test', settle 'application fees' or buy equipment before being hired. Also suspicious: abnormally high salaries with no required qualifications, a personal, non-professional e-mail address, urgency and pressure, or requests for banking details. A genuine recruitment process never asks the candidate for money; if in doubt, check out the company and don't send sensitive documents.

The recruiter creates a recruiter account, then goes to 'Post a job' in their area. An AI assistant can write the full listing (title, duties, profile, conditions) from a simple job description, which the recruiter can then adjust. Once published, the listing is visible to candidates and incoming applications arrive by e-mail and in the recruiter dashboard.
